ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Play Alberta Casino and User concerning our services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements with respect hereto; each party acknowledges they have been a significant contributor in negotiating this Agreement which is legally binding on both parties as if fully read, considered, accepted.

LIMITATION ON CLAIMS

Play Alberta Casino shall not be liable to User for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services and your claims may only seek direct damage recovery; however, we reserve right to dispute existence, causation or scope thereof when necessary to protect ourselves under these Terms in such claim or legal proceeding.

CHOICE OF LAW

In case of a dispute hereunder which cannot be resolved by negotiation between parties after issuance of notice and given reasonable opportunity for resolution (whether informal or formal as desired), the governing laws shall prevail over conflicting terms, rights and regulations.
